Oh, it is so gorgeous today. It is just amazing, blue skies, temperature around 76, just feels good. This is a picture my friend and old neighbor sent from Wyoming. Beautiful as it is I think I'm staying in Escondido!
2 1/3 cup bisquick
1/2 cup milk
3TBSP butter
3 TBSP sugar
Whipping Cream
Vanilla
Powdered Sugar
Vanilla Ice Cream
1. Remove Stems from berries and chop. Mix with sugar to taste. Set aside.
2. Shortcakes: mix bisquick and sugar. add melted butter and milk. Shape into biscuit sized shortcakes or drop by large tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 325 for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
3. Mix whipping cream, about 1 tsp vanilla and sugar to taste on high speed until soft peaks form.
To serve: spit hot shortcake top with vanilla ice cream, then strawberries, whip cream, next shortcake top, more berries and whip cream. Fabulous!

It's pretty. To look at. From a distance. From a far, far distance.
BRRRRRRR
I'm cold, but not anywhere near there! We're having 40s and 50s with fog. It's okay, but I'd rather be in Cabo or Hawaii. :p}}
