Hey, I think I'm onto something!

I think I have just made an amazing discovery! How to have more time. Today, Jim went to the temple for the 5:30 am session. So he woke me up at 4:30 (yes, in the morning even though you can't tell it's morning because it's dark). I was wide awake and stayed up. It was absolutely amazing how much you can get done at that time of day! I cleaned the house - huge accomplishment, did 2 loads of laundry, trimmed the roses, answered all my email, shopped a little, qvc, of course, blogged on both blogs and even got all my Real Estate files up to date. Wow!! I am so impressed with myself. It is now 8:30 and I think I'll take a nap.

P.S. Be sure to read my post on Sisters Standing Strong, I posted a poem you will like to read, very touching and thought provoking.

Another Maxine

Sometimes I think Maxine should run for president. She was right on with this one!
Everyone concentrates on the problems we're having in this country lately: illegal immigration, hurricane recovery, alligators attacking people in Florida ...

Not me. I concentrate on solutions for the problems. It's a win-win situation.
+ Dig a moat the length of the Mexican border.
+ Send the dirt to New Orleans to raise the level of the levies.
+ Put the Florida alligators in the moat along the Mexican border.
Any other problems you would like for me to solve today ? Yes?

Where has the time gone?

I just realized how long it has been since I blogged. It seems like just yesterday. I am running around like a chicken with it's head cut off. Not that I have ever cut off a chicken head. I will post more later on since I really do have some stuff to share. Mostly I have been: 1. Getting the house ready for the wedding. It's starting to look good (pics will be coming) 2. Had a fantastic visit with Dani and Sammy (more about that later) 3. Had a fantastic visit with Lauri and family (more about that later) 4. Taught a great RS lesson (will share later) 5. Selling tons of houses (at least I am working on it) 6. Lots of Relief Society President stuff that I won't share (people like their privacy). 7. Trips to Dr. ( I am going to wait on surgery, it was too scary). 8. Trying to figure out my new phone, don't laugh it has taken 2 days just to get the basics.

Today I am showing property and working on the yard. Maybe I might get to clean house. That would be a very good thing! It is scary. More to come
