You just keep racking up the grandkids! Before you know it, you will be breaking 100 with all of your grandkids having babies! We will have to have some celebration of some kind!
2 1/3 cup bisquick
1/2 cup milk
3TBSP butter
3 TBSP sugar
Whipping Cream
Vanilla
Powdered Sugar
Vanilla Ice Cream
1. Remove Stems from berries and chop. Mix with sugar to taste. Set aside.
2. Shortcakes: mix bisquick and sugar. add melted butter and milk. Shape into biscuit sized shortcakes or drop by large tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 325 for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
3. Mix whipping cream, about 1 tsp vanilla and sugar to taste on high speed until soft peaks form.
To serve: spit hot shortcake top with vanilla ice cream, then strawberries, whip cream, next shortcake top, more berries and whip cream. Fabulous!
